Reviewer Recruitment Protocol

To join the Intergalactic Peer Review Fleet, candidates must have:

  • High-level subject specialization

  • Advanced academic upgrades (Ph.D.)

  • Published missions in top journals

  • Verified institutional docking stations

  • Zero conflict-of-interest anomalies

  • Prior review flight experience

  • Available time bandwidth

  • Full alignment with COPE ethics systems

Reviewer Operating Commands (Do’s)

  • Maintain data confidentiality

  • Deliver neutral, analytical assessments

  • Submit comprehensive mission reports

  • Meet mission deadlines

  • Report conflict signals immediately

  • Evaluate content independent of identity

  • Use professional transmission language

  • Flag any ethical breaches detected

Restricted Behaviors

  • No unauthorized data transmissions

  • No contacting authors across channels

  • No intentional delays in mission logs

  • No extraction of unpublished intel

  • No identity-based biases

  • No delegating missions without clearance

  • No nitpicking micro-errors over major flaws

  • No hostile or emotional language
