The European Journal of Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (EJAAI) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing practices. Our policies ensure that all research published meets rigorous quality checks, adheres to ethical guidelines, and promotes knowledge sharing in the fields of AI, data science, and computational analytics.

1. Peer-Review Policy

  • All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure unbiased evaluation.
  • Initial review feedback is provided within three to four weeks.
  • Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within two weeks after reviewer comments.
  • Reviewers are selected based on subject-matter expertise and academic qualifications.

2. Open-Access Policy

  • EJAAI follows an open-access publishing model, making research freely available to a global audience.
  • All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).
  • No subscription or paywall restrictions for readers.

3. Ethical Publishing and Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • Plagiarism must be below 10 percent, including references.
  • All submissions are checked using Turnitin/iThenticate before peer review.
  • Duplicate submissions, data manipulation, and unethical research practices will lead to rejection.

4. Conflict of Interest Policy

  • Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any conflicts of interest related to funding, affiliations, or competing interests.
  • Authors must submit a Conflict of Interest Statement during the submission process.

5. Copyright and Licensing Policy

  • Authors retain full copyright over their published work.
  • The journal holds a non-exclusive publishing license, allowing research to be shared under Creative Commons (CC BY).
  • Authors can freely share and distribute their published work with proper attribution.

6. Data Sharing and Reproducibility Policy

  • Authors are encouraged to share datasets, source codes, and supplementary materials to promote research transparency and reproducibility.
  • Data availability statements should be included in the manuscript.
  • Supplementary materials can be uploaded to Zenodo, GitHub, or institutional repositories.

7. Retraction and Correction Policy

  • Articles may be retracted or corrected in cases of significant errors, ethical violations, or authorship disputes.
  • Minor corrections will be updated with proper notices in the journal archive.
  • Retraction notices will be published for articles that violate ethical standards.

9. Authorship and Acknowledgments

  • Ghostwriting, honorary authorship, and fraudulent credit allocation are strictly prohibited.

10. Advertising and Sponsorship Policy

  • EJAAI does not accept advertisements that compromise editorial integrity.
  • Sponsorship agreements do not influence peer review or editorial decisions.
  • Sponsored content must align with the journal’s mission and ethical guidelines.

11. Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy

  • All published articles are permanently archived for long-term accessibility.
  • The journal follows a digital preservation policy to ensure future research availability.
