Policies of the European Advanced Journal for Science & Engineering (EAJSE)
The European Advanced Journal for Science & Engineering (EAJSE) follows strict ethical and publishing policies to ensure high-quality research dissemination, integrity, and transparency. These policies apply to all authors, reviewers, and editorial members involved in the publication process.
1. Editorial & Peer-Review Policy
1.1 Peer-Review Process
- All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
- Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers for originality, significance, and technical quality.
- The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision on acceptance, revision, or rejection based on reviewers' recommendations.
1.2 Editorial Independence
- The editorial team ensures objective and unbiased evaluation of all manuscripts.
- Editors and reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest and recuse themselves if necessary.
2. Ethical & Plagiarism Policy
2.1 Originality & Plagiarism
- Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- All submissions are screened for plagiarism using Turnitin/iThenticate or equivalent tools.
- The acceptable plagiarism threshold is below 10%, including references.
- Plagiarism or self-plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
2.2 Research Misconduct
- Falsification, fabrication, or unethical data manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Any ethical concerns raised by reviewers or readers will be investigated thoroughly.
3. Copyright & Open Access Policy
3.1 Licensing & Copyright
- All articles published in EAJSE are Open Access under the Creative Commons (CC BY) License.
- Authors retain full copyright and grant the journal non-exclusive rights for distribution.
3.2 Data Sharing & Reproducibility
- Authors are encouraged to share research data for transparency and reproducibility.
- Any proprietary or sensitive data must have proper permissions before publication.
4. Submission & Publication Policy
4.1 Submission Process
- Authors must follow the Author Guidelines before submitting manuscripts.
- Submissions must be made through the Online Submission System.
4.2 Fees & Processing Charges
- EAJSE is an Open Access journal, and publication fees apply.

- Fee waivers or discounts are available for authors from low-income countries upon request.
5. Conflict of Interest Policy
- Authors, reviewers, and editors must declare any conflicts of interest related to submitted work.
- Funding sources, affiliations, and financial interests must be disclosed in the manuscript.
6. Retraction & Correction Policy
6.1 Article Retraction
- Articles may be retracted if found to contain plagiarism, data manipulation, or ethical violations.
- A retraction notice will be published explaining the reason for withdrawal.
6.2 Corrections & Errata
- Authors can request minor corrections post-publication if errors are detected.
- Major corrections affecting results or conclusions will be published as errata.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
- The journal respects author and reviewer privacy and does not disclose information without permission.
- Reviewers' identities remain anonymous throughout the peer-review process.
8. Advertising & Sponsorship Policy
- The journal does not accept advertisements or sponsored content that may compromise editorial integrity.
- Any funding or sponsorships must be disclosed in the article.
9. Appeals & Complaints Policy
- Authors can appeal editorial decisions by providing valid reasons.
- Complaints regarding the publication process must be submitted to editor@esa-research.com.
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with journal policies may result in manuscript rejection, retraction, or a ban from future submissions.
